Our Partner, A ‘Tope Tokan-Lawal, attended the public presentation of the Lagos Court of Arbitration’s (“LCA”) Journal of Arbitration and Dispute Settlement which held on 7 November 2023 at the LCA Building in Lekki, Lagos.
The publication was created to enhance knowledge, research, teaching and practice in Arbitration, Mediation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution in Africa, and will include peer reviewed articles, case reviews, and practice notes in these areas. The presentation was chaired by Honourable Justice Habeeb Adewale Abiru (Justice of the Court of Appeal, Yola Division) with a welcome address by the LCA President, Professor Adewale Olawoyin, SAN, FCIArb.
We congratulate the LCA, its members, and ADR practitioners across the nation and continent on this publication which poses to further promote the practice of arbitration and ADR across the world.
