On Friday, 18 July 2025, our partner, A Tope Tokan-Lawal, served as Judge at the Grand Finale of the Duliee Quiz Competition, featuring The Bold & Briefed vs. Dominus Litus. This event marked the conclusion of the Mentorship Series 3.0, hosted by the Lord Denning Chambers LASU.
The Mentorship Series, themed Pathway to Excellence: Navigating the Legal Profession, featured a keynote address by Chinyere Okorocha and a panel session with Aminat Lawal and Sina Akinmusire. These conversations were inspiring and equipped students as they prepare to transition from law school to the profession.
During the quiz finale, both teams answered challenging questions on Copyright and Trademark Law, delivering outstanding performances. The cash prize, originally intended only for the winning team, was extended to also reward the runner-up team.
We celebrate Akorede, the outgoing Head of the Lord Denning Chamber, and the entire executive team for organising this impactful event. Congratulations to the newly sworn-in excos and we look forward to seeing their future initiatives.
