The Lagos State judiciary has commenced the production of electronic affidavits (“e-Affidavit”), electronic certified court documents (“CTC”), and online stamping of Forms and Letters at the High Court. These electronic documents can be obtained through the Lagos State Court Management Information System (Lagos Comis) website. As such, affidavits and court documents can be certified from the comfort of your home or office without a trip to the Courthouse.
