The event hosted distinguished speakers and experienced arbitrators – Professor Gbolahan Elias and Mrs Folashade Alli C.Arb, FCIArb – who discussed the intricacies of enforcing pathological arbitration clauses and foreign arbitral awards within the Nigerian context. The in-person event is one of the events leading up to the #ICCCourtat100 and the 7th ICC Africa Conference on International Arbitration in May.
