At OTL Law, we advocate tirelessly for the rights of children who are thrown into the criminal justice system and help them navigate their way out or through it.

We provide legal support to TOKAN Foundation for Children and Young People through the Child Rights and Juvenile Justice Center (CRJJC) as part of the TOKAN Initiative.

We provide needed legal support in and out of the court room by working together to provide a wholistic support for these children and juveniles. We work with social workers and school proprietors to ensure that children meet their terms of release and can transition seamlessly back into school. Where possible, and if in the best interest of the child, we assist with uniting/reuniting children with their families, guardians or foster parents.
