Founded in 2022, Osuntuyi & Tokan-Lawal Law (OTL Law) is a boutique commercial law firm based in Lagos, Nigeria’s principal commercial centre. The firm was established by Isaac Abayomi Osuntuyi and Adefoworola “Tope” Tokan-Lawal with a shared vision of delivering precise, practical, and commercially responsive legal advice to clients operating in complex and evolving markets.

OTL Law advises individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and corporate entities on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters, both within Nigeria and across borders. The firm combines strong technical legal expertise with a clear understanding of business realities, enabling it to provide solutions that are legally sound, commercially viable, and strategically aligned with client objectives.

The firm’s lawyers bring over 18 years of combined experience across private practice and advisory roles in Nigeria and the United States. OTL Law’s practice spans corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution, intellectual property, real estate, regulatory compliance, and private client matters. The firm regularly advises on contract structuring and negotiation, corporate governance, land and property transactions, and the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.

OTL Law also maintains a robust disputes practice, representing clients in litigation and appellate proceedings before state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. The firm places particular emphasis on early risk assessment and efficient dispute management.

From its Lagos office, OTL Law supports clients operating locally and internationally. Members of the firm are licensed in multiple jurisdictions, allowing for seamless handling of cross-border matters and collaboration with foreign counsel where required.

Above all, OTL Law is committed to building long-term relationships grounded in trust, responsiveness, and clarity. The firm’s approach is defined by careful listening, sound judgment, and the delivery of advice that is clear, pragmatic, and aligned with each client’s commercial and personal priorities.
