Important CAC Update 🚨 

On the 17th day of June, 2025, the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) published its notice stating that there would be a modest review of certain fees starting from the 1st of August, 2025.

According to the CAC, the adjustment is driven by economic realities and aims to enhance service delivery through improved digital operations. 

Companies and registered entities are thereby urged to use this period in finalizing their fees and registration processes to avoid cost of incurring extra expenses.
