
Founding Partner
Isaac Abayomi Osuntuyi is a legal practitioner admitted to the Nigerian Bar. He holds an LL.B. from Babcock University.
Abayomi is a Founding Partner of Osuntuyi & Tokan-Lawal Law (OTL Law), where he advises clients on dispute resolution, corporate governance, insolvency, and regulatory compliance. His practice spans litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and business recovery, with particular experience in company law, secured credit transactions, labour and employment, energy, maritime, and insolvency-related matters. He also maintains an active criminal law practice and has represented accused persons in matters ranging from serious felonies to misdemeanours, including pro bono defence for indigent defendants.
He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Lagos, with a focus on commercial and regulatory subjects, and is a certified Dispute Resolution Specialist. Abayomi is a Chartered Secretary and Administrator (ICSAN), an Insolvency Practitioner registered with the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners of Nigeria (BRIPAN), and a member of INSOL International, positioning him to advise on corporate restructuring, business rescue, and formal insolvency proceedings.
Beyond his commercial practice, Abayomi is committed to public interest and access to justice. He serves as a volunteer and mentor with the Child Rights & Juvenile Justice Center (CRJJC), where he provides pro bono legal services to children in conflict with the law.
