Our Partner, A Tope Tokan-Lawal, attended the 1st ICC Nigeria Arbitration Days which held in Lagos on the 3rd and 4th of July 2024. The event was organised by ICC Nigeria and ICC Dispute Resolution Services.
The event’s theme was Harnessing the Prospects of Arbitration and ADR in Emerging Hubs and hosted dozens of erudite lawyers, arbitrators, academics, judges, and executives speaking on various topics including International Arbitration and Emerging Markets; Arbitration Clauses and Investment Treaty Protection in Emerging Markets Disputes; Building Foward: Capacity and Competence in Arbitration and ADR Proceedings; amongst others.
We congratulate ICC Nigeria and its team of organisers on hosting a succesful 1st event and we look forward to attending subsequent events in the coming years.
